Ù  In charge of assisting the Account Payable department on a daily basis.

Ù  Being part of a team to make sure the AP department is running quickly and efficiently.

Ù  Working with AP manager to make processes better, and more efficient for team.

Ù  Sorted and distributed mail through company.

Ù  Stamped/Coded incoming invoices and reconciled each appropriately.

Ù  In charge of making bank deposits on a daily basis for company.
